SPECS is pleased to announce the appointment of Clifford Rose to the position of Branch Manager, St. John’s. Cliff has 18 years of experience in both new construction and the restoration industry performing Project Management and Administration. His addition to the SPECS team will result in improved service to our clients throughout Newfoundland.  The SPECS team proudly serves all the Atlantic Provinces under the direction of Craig Dyke, Regional Manager.
