STRONE Acquires Itech Precision Cleaning Inc.

STRONE, an emergency and restoration company headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, has acquired Itech Precision Cleaning Inc. with its full scope of emergency response, environmental remediation, and technology restoration services.

“This acquisition creates a complete emergency solution for insurance and facility management industries, municipalities, commercial entities, and industrial businesses,” explains Steve Blinco, Co-CEO, Support Services for STRONE. “This procurement allows the team of STRONE and Itech to provide an unrivalled level of in-house emergency, restoration and remediation services in Ontario and Quebec.”

Itech is an environmentally-conscious company headquartered in Brantford, Ontario with additional locations in Markham, Barrie, Ottawa, and Sudbury. Itech will bring additional services to STRONE including TEAP III registered transportation emergency response, solid and liquid waste disposal, spill remediation, equipment restoration, Type 3 asbestos and lead abatement, and demolition.
