STRONE and Itech Belleville Branch

STRONE and Itech – Your Complete Emergency Solution for Restoration and Remediation services – are pleased to announce the opening of the newest joint branch in Belleville, Ontario.

The new location at 406 Maitland Drive (Unit 6) in Belleville will be an area branch for both STRONE and Itech operations. Regions served will include Belleville, Madoc, Marmora, Napanee, Trenton, Tweed, Hastings County & Surrounding Regions of Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County and Prince Edward County (Picton).

“The addition of this Belleville Branch enhances our service coverage incredibly by filling a service gap along the 401 corridor,” comments Steve Blinco, Co-CEO Support Services. “With the experienced personnel we are staffing in this branch, I expect a high level of customer service, knowledge, and professionalism to be evident with every claim.”

STRONE’s emergency response and restoration operations will be headed up by a veteran in the local disaster restoration industry. Effective May 21st, Randy Chatterton joins the STRONE team bringing with him over 25 years of experience. Randy has spent time in both management and ownership roles with maintenance and restoration companies, working in Belleville, Peterborough, and Cobourg.

“I love working in a team environment and focusing on getting the job done to our customers’ expectations,” states Chatterton. “Efficiencies, good processes, and great customer service are key elements to achieving this. That’s what I hope to deliver at STRONE.”

Itech’s Ross Barrett will manage local emergency spill response and remediation operations. Ross has been with Itech since December 2011 and has been working in the environmental remediation industry in the area for over 18 years. Ross has a wealth of experience in working on environmental insurance claims including the remediation of residential fuel oil spills and highway spills.

“Our new Belleville Branch will help Itech enhance its emergency response capabilities along the 401 corridor,” comments Barrett. “With additional resources in the area, we will be able to better deploy personnel and equipment to emergency incidents quickly, to mitigate losses and deliver cost-savings to our clients.”
