The Guarantee partners with Brovada to launch new broker connectivity tool GLink

Toronto, ON – October 22, 2013 – The Guarantee Company of North America (The Guarantee) has partnered with Brovada Technologies, a software provider specializing in business process integration, system conversions, legacy system integrations, and broker connectivity, to develop a new broker connectivity tool, GLink, and an eDocs download solution for its personal lines brokers.

Policy change and new business transactions will be available online through GLink this month for GUARANTEE GOLD^® and Guarantee SUPERIOR brokers – 24/7! GLink will integrate the broker management system (BMS) with The Guarantee’s Policy Administration System using NexCenter, the most widely used BMS integration software in Canada. NexExchange, another product by Brovada, will provide customized carrier-side integration to The Guarantee’s policy administration system.

The eDocs solution, which will be available by the end of the month, gives brokers an automatic download of electronic policy documents from The Guarantee’s Policy Administration System. It follows the CSIO XML eDocs download standards and has been verified with most of the broker management systems.
