MISSISSAUGA, ON, MAY 28, 2024/insPRESS/ – Unica Insurance proudly announces the successful launch of the first in a series of RIBO-accredited continuing education programs available exclusively to our Broker Partners. This educational initiative underscores Unica’s commitment to supporting the professional development of brokers to enhance their expertise in crucial business areas.

The inaugural 3-hour session, titled “Fundamentals in Restoration,” was hosted by Disaster Services Network (DSN). This session provided brokers with a deeper understanding of the property claims process and customer management, with particular emphasis on ethics and innovative approaches to existing practices.
