Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation welcomes Ray Wilderman as Director Technical Services

Toronto – Xpera, Canada’s leading provider of Risk Mitigation & Investigation, announced today that it has welcomed Ray Wilderman as Director Technical Services. With more than 25 years’ experience in the risk mitigation industry, Mr. Wilderman is committed to developing go-to-market solutions to improve risk mitigation strategies for clients.

Prior to his appointment with Xpera, Mr. Wilderman was a senior executive with a national security systems provider for more than a decade where he was responsible for the growth of the company. Under his direction, this company became the fourth largest of its kind in Canada. He has also worked in the security services industry with leading insurance companies across North America. Mr. Wilderman holds an extensive background in working with major telecommunications, utilities, extractive, oil/gas, and transportation companies, both locally and abroad. His wide range of experience in these diverse but related fields makes him ideal for this position with Xpera.

In this new position, Mr. Wilderman is responsible for identifying a client’s potential risk, then developing market-ready solutions that mitigate those risks. He is currently working with Xpera spearheading a new construction initiative throughout North America that capitalizes on both his insurance experience as well as his security integration knowledge which includes access control, fire detection, intrusion, and mass notification.
