The amalgamation of the two operations is expected to allow for “faster” and “smarter” reaction to specific market circumstances. The company’s property and casualty business will be operated on a regional basis and then onto a local business unit basis. The company’s life and health reinsurance operations will not be affected by the restructuring. Save Stroke 1 Print Group 8 Share LI logo
